As a registered buyer ("Buyer") through SalvageSpareFinder you agree to be bound by the following Buyer Terms and Conditions. SalvageSpareFinder reserves the right to amend Buyer Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

BY REGISTERING WITH SALVAGESPAREFINDER, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT UNDERSTANDS IT IS REGISTERING WITH AND PURCHASING VEHICLES FROM SALVAGESPAREFINDER AND NOT FROM COPART.

SALVAGESPAREFINDER can only deal with registered buyers who reside outside the USA and Canada and all vehicles must be exported.

1. SalvageSpareFinder operates within GMT hours, regardless of the times of auctions in the USA.
2. Membership (buyer) is only open to those 18 years or above and has the facility and funds to pay through the accepted payment types.
3. Buyers must complete the buyer registration form, and pay a one-time nonrefundable registration fee.
4. For one time purchase registration or 1 calendar month membership is $50
5. If no purchase is made within 1 calendar month, the account will be closed and the security deposit refunded (unless a new registration is made and SalvageSpareFinder is informed in advance)
6. For multiple purchases the annual registration is $195.
7. In order to maintain the membership for multiple purchases you must pay an annual non refundable multi membership renewal fee of $195. SALVAGESPAREFINDER reserves the right to increase registration and renewal fees at any time without notice.
8. Security deposits must be paid in advance at all times otherwise there will be no access to bidding.
9. Minimum Deposit is $400 and will give access to bid to $4000.
10. If a buyer wishes to bid to higher amount than $4000 then the bidder should increase his security bond in $100 units to ensure the security bond equals 10% or above the final wining price.

This scale continues up to $1000 to a purchase to $10000

11. To purchase a car above $10000 the buyer must have express permission by SalvageSpareFinder to exceed this amount by email.
12. Buyers shall at all time comply with the relevant local laws relating to the purchase of vehicles and conditions set down by SalvageSpareFinder.
13. SalvageSpareFinder reserves the right to revoke membership of a buyer for any reason. Membership will be revoked if not covered by security deposit for bidding, unless there has been prior agreement.
14. SalvageSpareFinder cannot be held responsible for any damage or losses to a vehicle during pick up, transportation or reselling of the vehicle.
15. SalvageSpareFinder cannot be held responsible for any financial loss that resulted from the sale of any vehicle through Copart.

22. All sales take place in local time of the relevant USA Sate.
23. Copart reserves the right to cancel any sale or remove a vehicle from any sales without any prior warning. Copart will neither have liability nor obligation to Buyers as a result of any vehicle withdrawal, or sale cancellation or postponement.
24. Copart reserves the right to reject or void bids, for any reason, in Copart's sole and absolute discretion. Should a dispute arise regarding a bid, Copart is the exclusive deciding authority with sole and absolute discretion in resolving disputes. Buyers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold SalvageSpareFinder and Copart harmless from any and all liability arising out of decisions made in resolving disputes.
25. Virtual Bids prevail over Preliminary Bids of equal amount.
26. Vehicles sold "On-Approval" will not be released to Buyers unless and until the seller notifies Copart and SalvageSpareFinder of its acceptance of the high bid. In some instances, it may take up to three working days, including the day of the sale, for the seller to provide SalvagespareFinder notification of high bid acceptance. However, the majority of "On-Approval" vehicles receive bid acceptance or rejection within one day within the time frame of the USA State in question.
27. SalvageSpareFinder reserves the right not to release any vehicle title should they feel there is any reason to do so.
28. Bids cannot be retraced or removed after once they have been placed.
29. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange suitable exportation of the vehicle or vehicles bought and to comply with customs import procedures applicable to foreign title vehicles. Customs inspection, import fees and proof of emissions compliance may be required.
30. All vehicle bought through SalvageSpareFinder must be exported to outside of the USA and Canada.
31. All payments for vehicles bought through SalvageSpareFinder are due within two (2) business days (UK Time) of the sale date. In the event the payment is not received within the allotted time, a late payment fee of $50.00 will be added to each item bought. In the event the payment is not received within ten business days of the sale date, the Buyer shall be considered to have forfeited its deposit and SalvageSpareFinder shall have the right to re-list the vehicle. Payment for vehicles may be made via money wire or Paypal.
32. All vehicles bought through SalvageSpareFinder are subject to a $200 transaction fee for each item bought or 5% of the total bill, whatever is the greater.
33. All vehicles not removed from Copart's facilities within five (5) business days of sale are subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per day. If a vehicle is not picked up from Copart's facilities within 20 days of purchase, the vehicle has not been picked up, the Buyer will be considered to have forfeited all of its rights in the vehicle, and the vehicle will become the property of SalvageSpareFinder and resold through Copart.
34. In the event a vehicle is not paid for within the time specified by SalvageSpareFinder, the buyer agrees that SalvageSpareFinder may cancel the sale and re-list the vehicle for sale. The buyer agrees to pay SalvageSpareFinder the re-list fee of $400 or 10% of the sale price, whichever is greater. This fee will be taken from the Security Deposit paid in advance to SalvageSpareFinder. Buyers who repeatedly fail to fulfill their obligations will be deleted from the SalvageSpareFinder system.
35. All vehicles bought through SalvageSpareFinder are subject to Copart Fees as well of the fees associated with SalvageSpareFinder. Please see the fee schedule on the Copart's Site.
36. All vehicles offered for sale through SalvageSpareFinder are sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS", WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. The term "Vehicles" shall mean all items posted for sale on Copart's website, including but not limited to cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, industrial equipment, homeowners salvage, trailers, RV's, etc. Copart and SalvageSpareFinder expressly disclaim the accuracy or completeness of any and all information provided to Buyers regarding vehicles, whether provided in written, verbal, or digital image form ("Vehicle Information"). Vehicle Information provided by Copart and its vehicle suppliers is for convenience only. Buyers shall not rely on Vehicle Information in deciding whether or how much to bid on a vehicle purchased through SalvageSpareFinder. Vehicle Information includes but is not limited to: year, make, model, condition, ACV, damage amount, damage type, drivability, accessories, mileage, odometer disclosures, vehicle identification number (e.g. "VIN", "HIN", and serial number), title, repair cost, repair history, title history, and total loss history. SalvageSpareFinder expressly disclaims any and all representations, warranties, and guarantees regarding vehicles sold through a Copart facility. SalvageSpareFinder does not guarantee that keys are available for any vehicle sold through a Copart facility, regardless of whether keys are present in online vehicle images, or were present in the vehicle prior to the time of purchase. Certain jurisdictions permit vehicles to be sold with missing VIN plates; as a result, SalvageSpareFinder does not guarantee that vehicles are equipped with any or all VIN plates. Parts may be missing. SalvageSpareFinder does not guarantee that vehicles meet or can be modified to meet local emission and/or safety requirements. It is the sole responsibility of Buyer to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate vehicles and any and all Vehicle Information prior to bidding on vehicles.
37. You agree that vehicles through SalvageSpareFinder are sold "AS IS" and are not represented as being in a road worthy condition, mechanically sound, or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicles may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at my expense. SalvageSpareFinder does not guarantee that any vehicle sold can be registered in their own country or any other country.
38. The buyer accepts the risks associated with buying salvage vehicles and the variations of salvage titles that apply in different countries.

39. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1. SalvageSpareFinder.com, provides its Internet products, services, and content to you ("Service") subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time at Terms of Service. In addition, when using particular SalvageSpareFinder.com services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules, buyer terms and conditions, and/or policies and procedures applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such items are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

40. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

1. If you complete the Service's registration process, you will receive a bidder number and password for www.copart.com where you will be able to place bids.. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify SalvageSpareFinder.com of any unauthorized use of your username and password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. SalvageSpareFinder.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

41. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

1. SalvageSpareFinder.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that SalvageSpareFinder.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

42. TERMINATION

1. You agree that SalvageSpareFinder.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use, or if SalvageSpareFinder.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. You acknowledge and agree that SalvageSpareFinder.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that SalvageSpareFinder.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

43. SALVAGESPAREFINDER.COM'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

1. You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content presented to you through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by SalvageSpareFinder.com, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

44. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

1. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

1. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SALVAGESPAREFINDER.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. SALVAGESPAREFINDER.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
